Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using salon software.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, products, and promotions.
Provide information on hair styling services and assist with upselling products.
Maintain a clean and sanitized front desk area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly disinfected.
Handle retail sales transactions and manage inventory of salon products.
Assist stylists as needed, including preparing clients for their services.
Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Experience in retail sales, particularly in upselling products or services.
Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or similar environment.
Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not required.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
