Growth & Retention Insurance Advisor

In this role, you will be part of a team of Insurance Advisors supporting Manitoba branches with new business and renewals for both their Manitoba and Ontario book of business.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements
Assist with the administration of the book of business accurately and efficiently
Conduct sales calls and up-sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business
Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses

The value you bring

General Insurance Level 2 License and Personal Lines sales experience
Experience achieving sales targets individually and as a team
Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs as once
Involvement in industry related associations and your community
Preferred understanding of policy wordings/coverage’s
Strong sales and communication skills

Hours:Full Time – 37.5 hours/week. Four days/week 10am - 6pm, with one day 12pm - 8pm and one rotating Satuday shift/month.
