Support the Supervisor in the management of health and safety, quality of work and employee coaching Support the Shipping/Receiving department.Tracking and record keeping for employee related matters Attendance and productivity monitoring and reporting.
Please note, this is a full time position is the night shift 11pm-7am, requiring availability to work weekends
Make real-time decisions using a Warehouse Management System to allocate work and staff in the most effective manner
Seek improvements to optimize performance and productivity
Participate in training non-unionized employees on MHE, selection methods and health and safety
Pull begin day and end day reports
Ensure the replenishment of supplies when cases are missing for assembly
Generate Shipper/Receiver reports
Track and document performance
Provide support and coverage to shipping/receiving and admin
Perform administrative tasks such as disciplinary write-ups and database entries

The salary range for this position is $49,000- $67,000. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
