CNC Programmer (Breton / Pegasus) – Stone & Quartz

Job Description

Counterreactions Inc is a growing custom countertop manufacturer specializing in quartz and stone surfaces. We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team and take ownership of programming and optimizing our Breton CNC equipment using Pegasus software.

This is a hands-on role working closely with production, templating, and fabrication teams to ensure precision, efficiency, and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Program CNC machines using Pegasus software
Operate and troubleshoot Breton CNC equipment
Read and interpret shop drawings and digital templates
Optimize tool paths and production efficiency
Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
Work closely with fabrication and install teams
Maintain tooling and assist with machine upkeep

Requirements

Experience with Breton CNC machines
Experience with Pegasus software (or similar CAD/CAM systems)
Background in stone fabrication (quartz, granite, or solid surface)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred (Assets)

Experience with laser templating systems
CAD/CAM design experience
Previous countertop manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000 – $70,000+ per year (based on experience)
