Full job description

RUDY is now hiring a Full-time supervisor for the Whitby location.

At RUDY, we are passionate about providing quality food made from fresh ingredients while emphasizing the importance of an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on job, please be ready to work hard in the kitchen side by side with your team and be rewarded for your efforts!

Who you are:

Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
Food Handler Certified
Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Available for late night shifts (Until 5AM) on Weekends
Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Organized and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail

What you will do:

Train and coach the team to provide outstanding service
Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
Take direction and feedback from the Management team
Open and close the restaurant independently
Address customer concerns, ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
Understand food costing

Job Requirements:

Safe food handling certification
Minimum one - one years’ experience leading a team in QSR
Non-slip shoes, jeans, black T-Shirt and black baseball hat
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
