About Speech Link: Speech Link is a growing private practice company serving many areas within the GTA.

We provide assessment and therapy to both children and adults. We are first and foremost proud “speechies”. Every single one of the children and families we were able to help throughout the years are our biggest accomplishments.

Our mission: is to provide professional, personalized, creative approaches to speech and language development intervention, to make therapy fun, effective and functional, while helping parents obtain skills they need to assist their children become better communicators.

We are a fun group to work with: professional, easy going, laid back, and always supportive – whether it is when we are treating clients, collaborating as a team, or individually.

We see it our mission to welcome and help every member of our team flourish and grow as clinicians, building their professional skills and their anticipated caseload, providing guidance and support at every step with every case!

We are looking to hire CDAs (Communication disorders assistants) or SLPAs (Speech Language Pathology Assistants) for a contract position on a part-time or a full-time basis.

If you are a CDA or an SLPA with a genuine love for the field, if you are dedicated to providing a client centred approach to therapy, kind, nurturing and warm, then our Speech Link family is just the place for you!

Job responsibilities include:

- Provide community services clients in their homes/schools or daycares

- Conduct direct therapy and work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist

- Monitor clients’ progress

- Knowledge of evidence based practices

- Builds rapport with families and provides ongoing feedback, education and home programming

- Maintains complete records

Job Requirements:

- CDA certification or SLPA experience

- Professional Liability insurance

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong organization and time management skills

- Access to a car, with a valid Ontario driver’s license
