Full job description

We are seeking a mature professional friendly customer-focused front desk concierge for our Retirement Residence.

The ideal canidate is personalble, highly organized, comfortable managing a busy front desk, and confident communicating with Residents, guests, vendors and staff.

Must have a pleasant telephone manner to answer calls and inquiries, be computer literate, organized and detail-oriented. Must be able to multitask and maintain composure. Other general office duties, record-keeping and file maintenance. Receive and distribute mail as well as courier packages. Will be required to learn some bookeeping, a plus if you are familiar with Yardi.

Shift is currently 10am-7pm with some weekdays, and every other weekend, holidays included.
