Full job description

Overview: The Dental Centres are seeking a dynamic and experienced individuals to join our progressive, multi-location team in the role of Dental administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a positive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player to make a meaningful impact in a modern practice where the patient always comes first. The role offers exposure to all facets of dentistry, including orthodontics, sleep apnea, TMJ treatments, and Implantology.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Administration:

Provide exceptional customer service while collecting payments from patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Effectively communicate with patients via phone and email and text to manage appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Maintain proficiency in various software systems including Abeldent, Recallmax, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ensure a smooth flow of patients and administrative tasks throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, professional, and highly detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
Flexible and adaptable, willing to work some evenings and Saturdays as required to meet the needs of the practice.
A strong communicator, comfortable with both direct patient interaction and behind-the-scenes administrative work.
Proficient in dental and office software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
Eager to grow in a dynamic, patient-focused environment with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Must be willing to follow set protocols that have been established for our group of practices.
