About Renew Supervision Services and Renew Child and Youth Homes (RCYH)
Renew Supervision Services provides family-centred supports for children, youth, and families navigating complex circumstances. As part of Renew’s growing continuum of care, Renew Child and Youth Homes provides small-setting, home-style residential care for children and youth who need structure, stability, and individualized support.
At RCYH, care happens in the moments that matter most: school mornings, meals, homework, transitions, family contact, activities, big emotions, and helping a child or youth try again after a difficult moment. Our work is clinically guided, relationship-based, and grounded in everyday routines that help children and youth build coping skills, life skills, and a stronger sense of stability.
We are looking for Child and Youth Workers who understand that residential care is more than supervision. It is about noticing what each child or youth needs, and helping to create a home environment where daily life feels personal.
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and experienced Child and Youth Workers to support children and youth in our Pickering residential home and, when needed, in community-based settings.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting children and youth with complex needs and who can bring professionalism, warmth, strong boundaries, and practical judgment into the home. The successful candidate will support daily routines, safety, life skills, emotional regulation, school and community participation, and individualized Plans of Care.
