Role: Digital Account Manager
Location: 1305 Pickering Parkway, Pickering, ON L1V 3P2
Salary: Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 – $100,000 annually and will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Work Model:
This role is based in-office at our Pickering location, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the first 2- 3 weeks. Upon successful completion of the onboarding period, the position will transition to a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days per week in the Pickering office.

Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Account Manager based in Pickering, ON, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop digital marketing strategies, and manage campaigns across multiple channels such as SEM, SEO, content marketing, and social media. Key responsibilities include maintaining close communication with clients, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports and insights, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring high client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SEM, SEO, and content marketing strategies
- Strong skills in client account management and campaign optimization
- Experience with analytics tools and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven expertise in leveraging emerging digital trends and technologies
- Past work in a hybrid-style team environment (remote and on-site)
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or SEO-related credentials, are strong assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Account Manager is both relationship-driven and analytical, balancing client leadership with deep performance understanding to ensure measurable results across every engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency account management
- Experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Creative, and Content
- Strong hands-on or analytical experience using Google Analytics and GA4
- Comfortable working directly with raw performance data
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion paths, and performance measurement
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to confidently lead strategic and performance-focused client conversations
