SERVICE APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

$18 - 21 per hour

Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Growth Opportunities

We're looking for an organized, client-focused Service Appointment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients while keeping operations running smoothly.

This role is often the first point of contact for our clients, making it a key position within our team. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and delivering exceptional client service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Coordinate service bookings between customers and advisors
Assist with customer retention and service follow-up campaigns
Ensure client information is accurate
Support the service team with administrative tasks
Help create a positive client experience from first contact through vehicle pickup

What We're Looking For

Automotive industry experience preferred
Appointment scheduling, client services, or reception experience considered an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and client interactions
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
