Job Summary

As a licensed Automotive Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for Lexus vehicles, ensuring that each service aligns with the highest manufacturing standards. Your expertise will contribute to the performance and longevity of these luxury vehicles, delivering exceptional value to our clientele.

Job Responsibilities

Utilize proprietary diagnostic tools and software to perform thorough vehicle diagnostics, identifying issues with precision.
Execute repairs and maintenance on a wide range of components, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension, and electrical systems, ensuring each vehicle operates safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks, helping to keep vehicles in optimal condition, as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve intricate mechanical and electrical problems, drawing on your skills and experience to deliver effective solutions.
Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines and warranty procedures, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all work performed, keeping accurate records to support quality control and customer service.
Comply with safety and environmental regulations, fostering a safe and responsible working environment.
Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating repair and maintenance needs to Service Advisors, enhancing the customer experience.
Remain current with technical training and certification requirements to enhance your skills and knowledge.

$150 per year boot allowance

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Automotive Service Technician 310S or apprentice license
Previous experience as an automotive technician (experience in a Lexus dealership would be an asset)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Lexus' diagnostic systems would be an asset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a valid G driver's license with a clean abstract

Work Environment

Requires standing, bending, lifting heavy components, and working with tools for extended periods
May involve occasional overtime and weekend shifts
