Our products under the Yorkville, Traynor, and ART brands are developed and manufactured in our vertically integrated facility in Pickering, Ontario.
We are seeking Electrical Engineers to play leading roles in the design and development of new hardware products.
Design hardware. Build prototypes. Test them. Put them into production.
At Yorkville Sound, Electrical Engineers can take ownership of products from concept through production. You'll work on professional audio products used by musicians, venues, and commercial customers—and you'll see your designs become physical products built right here in Pickering.
These are hands-on technical leadership roles. You'll mentor engineers and technologists while remaining deeply involved in circuit design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and product development.
Engineering and manufacturing in one building.
Our engineering, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing operations are all under one roof. You'll be able to get your hands on prototypes, work directly with manufacturing specialists, troubleshoot production issues, and see your designs become finished products.
Broad range of projects.
You'll work across analog and digital electronics, power electronics, DSP hardware, PCB design, EMC, thermal and reliability considerations, and production engineering. Depending on the project, you might be designing a high-power amplifier one day, debugging a prototype in the lab the next, and working with the manufacturing team to solve a production issue after that.

What you'll bring.
- Strong analog and digital circuit design skills
- Experience debugging hardware using lab equipment
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium
- Understanding EMC/EMI and product safety requirements
- For senior engineers, 5+ years of hands-on electrical/electronic product development experience including taking hardware from concept through production
- For intermediate engineers, solid experience in electrical/electronic product development, including contributing to hardware through prototype and verification stages
