Job Overview
The Event Operations Coordinator at Quench Buggy is responsible for managing the logistics and operations of hydration stations at various outdoor events and festivals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup, operation, and teardown of hydration stations at outdoor events and festivals.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stocked, maintained, and sanitized according to the company policies outlined in the company operations manual
- Where applicable, supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with event organizers, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for staff and attendees.
- Collect and analyze data on water consumption and attendee feedback to improve services.
- Drive a truck capable of towing up to 10000 lb to transport equipment between event locations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Own a truck capable of towing up to 10000 lb.
- Possess OPCF 27B insurance, providing legal liability coverage for non-owned trailers.
- Coverage for towing of the vehicle
- Previous experience in event management, operations, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work intermittent flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship is a plus.
