Lash Artist – Independent Contractor | 55% Commission

Luxa Beauty Co. | Courtice, Ontario

Luxa Beauty Co. is looking for a talented, professional Lash Artist to join our growing beauty team on an independent contractor basis.

We’re looking for an experienced artist who is passionate about lashes, takes pride in their work, creates an exceptional client experience, and is motivated to grow their clientele and personal brand within an established luxury salon environment.

Compensation

55% commission on service sales
All lash products and supplies provided by Luxa
Commission-based contractor opportunity
Opportunity to grow your income as you build and maintain your clientele

We’re Looking For

Previous professional lash experience
Valid lash certification/training
Strong isolation, application and styling skills
Excellent retention and attention to detail
Established clientele is strongly preferred
Experience building and maintaining a clientele
Strong social media presence and experience promoting beauty services online
Comfortable creating and posting engaging beauty content
Ability to use social media to attract, engage and retain clients
Professional Instagram/social media portfolio showcasing your work
Professional, reliable and personable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Passionate about beauty and creating a luxury client experience
Motivated, entrepreneurial and driven to grow

Contractor Structure

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. The successful applicant will operate their own business and provide services to Luxa Beauty Co. under a contractor agreement.

The contractor is responsible for their own applicable taxes, registrations, insurance and other obligations associated with operating their business.
