Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructors for our new boutique-style Reformer pilates studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and foster a supportive community atmosphere.

Duties

Conduct group and individual Reformer Pilates sessions that cater to various skill levels and fitness goals.
Educate clients on proper form, techniques, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure safety and comfort for all participants.
Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients and addressing their concerns.
Demonstrate leadership by motivating clients during classes and encouraging them to push their limits.
Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while accommodating client needs.

Qualifications

Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction from a recognized program is required.
Previous experience as a Reformer Pilates instructor.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
A passion for health, wellness, and fitness with an eagerness to continue learning about new techniques and trends in the industry.
