Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseperson / Laundry attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities. Whether in a hotel setting or an industrial cleaning environment, your contributions will be invaluable in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean for guests.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
