WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service / Retention Representative, you will:

Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention
Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
Assist in correcting billing concerns.
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Retention Representative role include:

1 year of customer service and sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.

The base salary range for this position is $17.75 - $22.19/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
