Job Overview
Lead Installer – Outdoor Living Systems

We’re looking for a skilled Lead Installer to take ownership of on-site installation work and help lead small crews in the field.

This is a hands-on installation role - not just supervision. You’ll be building, assembling, and problem-solving on-site to bring custom outdoor living projects to life. You’ll also act as the on-site point person, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to Garden Living’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and work on installation of pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and screening systems
Read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans
Ensure high-quality, accurate installation on residential job sites
Coordinate materials, layout, and day-to-day site execution
Work independently or with small teams in the field
Communicate professionally with clients, trades, and project leads
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Track and report daily progress and site updates

What We're Looking For

Experience in carpentry, installation, cabinetry, construction, or similar hands-on trades
Strong ability to read drawings and work from plans
Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and finished work
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Strong problem-solving skills on active job sites
Valid G driver’s licence and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Structure

Full-time hours during peak season (approx. 40 hrs/week)
