Job Overview

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment, support food preparation processes, and help maintain smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities

Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas regularly
Support the food handling process by organizing supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
Help with meal preparation and plating as directed by chefs or kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running smoothly during busy hours

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation processes
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
Basic physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
Eagerness to develop skills related to meal prep, food industry operations, and kitchen safety
