About the Role
We are a growing medical aesthetics clinic in Ontario seeking a skilled, client-focused, and detail-oriented Medical Aesthetician to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall clinic growth. A passion for skincare, strong consultation skills, and a commitment to client safety and results are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client goals
- Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic expectations
- Deliver a warm, professional, and results-driven client experience
Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform medical-grade advanced skin treatments and facials
- Administer treatments such as microneedling, and laser services (laser hair removal, tattoo removal)
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely, effectively, and within scope of practice
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records
Sales & Client Retention
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
- Support retail sales and package offerings
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction
Clinic Operations & Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinic
- Follow proper sanitation and infection control protocols
- Assist with inventory management and product tracking
- Support front desk or team operations when needed
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain current certifications and licenses
- Follow clinic policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
- Ensure client confidentiality and proper documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Certified Medical Aesthetician (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting (preferred)
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with advanced treatments (laser, microneedling, peels) is an asset
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
