Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support and presence at a nuclear facility.
Supervise condenser, industrial boiler, and heat exchanger assembly activities.
Serve as the technical interface between the client and subcontractors.
Act as the client’s representative on the construction site.
Verify compliance and quality of completed work.
Identify technical deviations and potential quality risks.
Develop and recommend corrective actions.
Provide technical advisory support to execution teams.
Contribute to meeting quality, safety, and documentation requirements.
Perform work within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in heavy industrial environments.
Technical background in mechanics, boilermaking, welding, or an equivalent field.
Experience in the nuclear, coal, Oil & Gas, industrial boiler, or heat exchanger industries.
Strong skills in site supervision, blueprint interpretation, pressure equipment assembly and welding, and field quality control.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated autonomy, strong communication abilities, and diplomatic assertiveness.
Familiarity with technical documentation, quality procedures, and field reporting.
Professional proficiency in English required; fluency preferred.
