Position Overview: As a Personal Trainer at Apex Health and Fitness, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients transform their lives through fitness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Develop and implement personalized fitness plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and limitations.
Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle choices.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness programs as needed.
Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
Maintain a clean and organized training area.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments.
Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., canfitpro, NASM, ISSA, etc.).
CPR certification.
Previous personal training experience preferred but not required.
Be comfortable with and physically capable of demonstrating and leading group fitness bootcamps
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and a passion for fitness. Success in this role requires actively promoting your services, networking within the community, and taking initiative to build and maintain a thriving clientele.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
