Part-Time Receptionist – Law Office

Join Our Team

We are a friendly, client-focused law firm seeking a reliable, professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Provide support to lawyers and staff as required.

Qualifications:

Previous reception or administrative experience (legal office experience is an asset but not required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
