Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, providing excellent patient care, and ensuring accurate medication management. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment, supporting patient health and safety through precise medication handling and compassionate service.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling prescriptions accurately
Manage medication inventory, including stocking and organizing supplies
Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and offering medication guidance under pharmacist supervision
Verify prescription information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed records of medication transactions and patient interactions
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, medical regulations, and confidentiality standards
Support administrative tasks such as data entry and insurance processing as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Experience

License with OCP is required
2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required
Kroll experience required
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Experience in patient care roles demonstrating compassion and communication skills

This role requires a commitment to accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to patient service. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to improving health outcomes through precise medication management.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
