The Junior Project Coordinator is a highly motivated self-starter who will assist in various areas of the project, depending on business requirements.
This is an 8 month co-op opportunity starting in January 2027 and is a hybrid work schedule.
Located in Pickering.
What You'll Do Here:
Communicate with engineering team members and engineering manager to maintain the engineering scopes work breakdown structure
Communicate changes/updates from the engineering team to other project groups (i.e. scheduling project controls, construction)
Organize meetings (internal or client) as required by the engineering team and develops meeting minutes. Report on action items from engineering meetings for input to the Action Items register.
Coordinate request for information to vendors/client as identified by the engineering team
What You Bring to the Team:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
0 to 2 years experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team
Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Thrive in a fast-paced environment

The expected pay range for this role is $25 - $28 per hour.
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
