About Mills Gosse Psychology
At Mills Gosse Psychology, we believe a successful practice should support both the people seeking care and the clinicians providing it.
For over 20 years, our family-run practice has served Durham Region with a strong reputation for compassionate, evidence-based psychological services. We have intentionally grown in a way that allows us to maintain what matters most — strong clinical care, meaningful professional relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a healthy, sustainable pace of work.
Our team values collaboration, integrity, and community connection. We strive to create an environment where clinicians feel supported rather than isolated, and where professional excellence can exist alongside balance, flexibility, and long-term wellbeing.
Many psychologists are looking for an alternative to high-pressure clinic environments, long commutes into Toronto, or impersonal corporate practice settings. We are proud to offer a practice environment that is established, respected, well-organized, and still deeply personal.
