Full job description

At Function & Fulfillment Psychotherapy, we help people who appear to have it together externally but feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled internally. Our work is grounded, relational, and focused on helping clients move toward lives that feel more meaningful—not just manageable.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, thoughtful, and motivated psychotherapist to join our growing practice.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a clinician who values authentic therapeutic relationships, depth-oriented work, and helping clients better understand themselves while building practical change.

You will work with youth and adult clients presenting with concerns such as:

Anxiety and chronic stress
Perfectionism and self-criticism
Relationship difficulties
Burnout and emotional exhaustion
Identity and life transitions
Emotional regulation and self-worth concerns

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy services virtually and/or in-person
Develop collaborative treatment plans with clients
Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards
Participate in case consultation and ongoing professional development
Foster a warm, nonjudgmental, and client-centered therapeutic environment

Qualifications

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying or Fully Registered) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
Master’s degree in counselling psychology, psychotherapy, social work, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care
Experience working with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, or relational concerns is considered an asset
