Full job description

Job Overview:

As a Order Entry/Customer Associate at our telecommunications service provider, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience by accurately processing service orders, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities

Order Entry & Processing:

Accurately enter new customer orders, service upgrades, and changes into our order management systems.
Verify customer information, service addresses, and eligibility for selected telecommunications products.
Review orders for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies before processing.

Customer Service & Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding services and order status.
Provide clear information about telecommunications products, pricing, and promotions.
Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments.

Quality & Compliance:

Follow all company policies and procedures for order entry and customer interactions.
Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to multitask while assisting customers.

Patient, professional demeanor when handling customer concerns.

Basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $21.92-$25.87 per hour
