Full job description

Real Estate Receptionist We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED real estate receptionist for our office in Brooklin, Ontario. This position includes weekends, and candidates MUST have previous real estate experience.

Requirements We are looking for someone who is a professional, motivated, self starter who can thrive with little or no supervision. Must be organized and able to multi-task. This person must have enthusiasm for the Real Estate Industry and a passion for Customer Service. Our ideal candidate will have an aptitude for communication, collaboration, team work, and will be dependable and hard working. Drivers license is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities Reception - answer telephones, take agent confirmations, input showings using Brokerbay, answer public/agent inquiries regarding properties for sale, solicit feedback from showings, Broker Load - Input/change/terminate/update MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents. Other duties as assigned to support the Agent and Management Team

Qualifications Must be familiar with Trebnet, MLS, Brokerbay, Docusign, and other related real estate programs .* Minimum High School Graduate. Previous Real Estate office experience is a must have*. Must be a quick learner and open to learning new ways of doing things. Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Email and the internet.
