Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Reno Host to support store renovation activities while creating a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with navigation during renovations, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting project teams to ensure a safe and organized environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
Complete PA Announcement for customers.
Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
Communicates any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.

Qualifications

Retail, warehouse, or merchandising experience is an asset (training provided)
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work overnight shifts
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and temporary project schedules

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
