Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves performing various painting tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction painting, blueprint reading, and using hand and power tools. Strong communication skills, time management, and a customer service mindset are essential to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment with diverse projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks including rigging and carpentry work
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs or concerns

Requirements

Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license for site access and material transport

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
