Compensation
$50,000 – $100,000 annually

What You'll Do
BDC / Appointment Setting Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat
Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales Team
Follow up with internet leads and showroom prospects
Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
Re-engage previous customers and unsold prospects
Help drive showroom traffic through proactive customer outreach
Deliver a professional and exceptional first impression for every customer
Product Specialist / Sales Responsibilities
Welcome customers and guide them through their vehicle shopping experience
Conduct vehicle walkarounds showcasing Nissan's latest technology, safety, and convenience features
Perform engaging and informative test drives
Match customers with vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
Become a product expert on Nissan vehicles, trim levels, incentives, and competitive advantages
Explain ownership benefits, warranties, and protection options
Follow up with customers before and after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Deliver a world-class customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery

Requirements
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (Required)
OMVIC Licence Preferred
Don't have your OMVIC licence yet? No problem. We are happy to guide the right candidate through the OMVIC licensing process and help you start your automotive career the right way.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is considered an asset
CRM experience is an asset but not required
