Auto Detailing Worker — Oshawa

Velocity Mobile Detailing | Full-Time

We're a mobile auto detailing company servicing the Durham Region. We're hiring a full-time detailing worker to join our crew.

The Job:

This is hands-on mobile detailing. You'll travel with the crew to client locations — homes, condos, workplaces, and commercial lots — and perform detailing services on-site. Each day brings a new schedule of vehicles to work through.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Setting up the work area at each client location (water, power, supplies, protecting the surrounding area)
Performing exterior washes using proper technique
Vacuuming and cleaning interiors thoroughly
Cleaning glass, door jambs, wheels, and trim
Assisting lead technicians with shampooing, extracting, paint decontamination, and finishing work
Light client interaction — you're on their property representing the company
Keeping equipment, supplies, and the work vehicle organized throughout the day
Packing up cleanly at the end of each job and moving to the next

Requirements:

Must live in Oshawa — daily pickup and drop-off provided within Oshawa only
Prior detailing experience required— you should already know proper wash technique, how to vacuum and clean an interior thoroughly, and how to use detailing tools without damaging surfaces
Available full-time — 5 days/week minimum (Monday–Friday), 7 days/week preferred
Reliable and punctual — morning pickup means you need to be ready on time
Physically capable of a full day of hands-on outdoor work in various weather
Professional appearance and good communication
Authorized to work in Canada

What We Provide:

Daily pickup and drop-off in Oshawa
All chemicals, equipment, and supplies
Hands-on training to advance your skills (paint correction, ceramic coatings, premium interior work)
Steady, consistent full-time hours
Promotion path into a Detailer Technician role with higher pay
