Are you a passionate professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in retail? We are seeking a **Sales Associate** to join our vibrant team at Comfort Bras by Pauline Pickering Location, where we celebrate confidence, comfort, and style!
Who We’re Looking For
** We are particularly interested in mature candidates with backgrounds in sales or customer service. Your unique skills in communication, empathy, and customer service will be invaluable in helping our customers find the perfect bra for every occasion.

**Key Responsibilities: **
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and fitting, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable.
- Maintain product displays and store organization to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits.

*Qualifications: **
- Mature candidates preferred (must have completed high school more than 15 years ago).
- Previous experience in teaching, healthcare, service or retail environments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, caring, attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Fine tuned selling/presentation skills
- Connected and very familiar with the Durham community a must
