At The Review Course in Family Medicine and Vital FM Update, we host incredible medical conferences across Canada, and we are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth (Sales & Systems) to take ownership of our digital infrastructure and fill the seats for our unique and energetic events.

Now, we need the architect to scale that reality.
This role is for you if…
You aren’t another generic marketer. You love numbers and concise dashboards showing the growth you drove. Your mandate is to take complete operational ownership of our active advertising budgets, optimize our conversion mechanics, and fill the capacity for our standardized "Event-in-a-Box" physical and virtual roadshows.
By optimizing our digital funnel, you will drive exponential seat velocity and scale our impact in the medical conference ecosystem as we scale around the world.
You also value attention to detail. We read every resume we receive. However, instead of a cover letter, find any Canadian medical conference or medical online course landing page online (not ours). Record 3-minute video critiquing their funnel and send it to us along with your CV. Tell us what they are doing wrong with their conversion mechanics and growth engine, and the steps you'd take to fix it.
What You'll Own
Your north star is one number: Net Revenue Growth across the event portfolio. Everything else you track is a lever you pull to move it:
- Funnel Conversion Rate: landing page → registration.
- Qualified Lead Volume: top-of-funnel flow, measured for quality, not vanity.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): efficiency of every dollar deployed; the metric that earns you the bigger budget.
The Technical Stack & Execution:
- Data-driven tracking: Utilize data from our conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and Google Analytics across all videos, ads, emails, and promotional codes to drive your plan.
- Ad Operations: Take complete operational ownership of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite to guarantee compounding return-on-ad-spend (ROAS).
- System Integration: Manage and continuously optimize our core technical stack, including LearnWorlds (LMS/UX), Wix, Zapier, Lark, and WhatsApp community automations.
- Automated Nurture: Optimize, and maintain automated email sequences and broadcast campaigns inside Mailchimp.
- Distribution Mechanics: Take the final Medutainment assets we produce in-studio and weaponize them across our email, social, and ad channels to drive registration. You own the distribution pipes; we own the clinical content.
We don't want to cap your ad spend; you’ll work to prove the unit economics for your plan on a $5k budget so we can confidently hand you $20k+ a month to scale this globally. And you’ll share in that growth.
Compensation Architecture
We reward elite execution with transparency and high upside with a balanced scale model: Base Retainer + Performance Commission.
- Base Retainer: $4225 / month for your ongoing ownership of the growth function.
- Performance Commission: A flat 8% of gross ticket revenue on every course sold above the prior year's baseline. You grow the business, you share the upside. Baselines confirmed in offer.
Your first 90 days: prove the model on the test budget - establish a repeatable, profitable cost-per-seat we can confidently scale. Hit that, and the budget and your bounty scale together.
