Registered Physiotherapist – Join the Movement at Mobility Room
Location: Whitby, ON
Position: Part-Time / Full-Time / Hybrid Options | Passive Income Potential
Our Mission: More Than Rehab. It’s a Movement.
Mobility Room is a rapidly growing rehabilitation clinic built around a collaborative Physiotherapist-led model.
We believe patients deserve more than temporary relief. Our goal is to identify the root cause of dysfunction, create a clear treatment plan, and guide patients toward long-term results through a combination of hands-on care, mobility restoration, exercise rehabilitation, and movement-focused treatment.
Our Physiotherapists work alongside Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapists, Osteopaths and other Rehabilitation Practitioners in a team-based environment that allows them to focus on assessment, clinical decision-making, treatment planning, reassessment, and patient outcomes while maintaining oversight of patient progression.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Physiotherapist who wants more than simply treating patients back-to-back all day. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people move better, mentoring others, and growing within a collaborative team.
What You'll Do
Assessment & Clinical Leadership
- Perform comprehensive Physiotherapy assessments and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Identify movement dysfunctions and contributing factors affecting recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Hands-On Treatment
- Deliver evidence-informed physiotherapy treatment
- Utilize manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, mobility restoration, exercise prescription, and movement retraining
- Educate patients on recovery expectations and long-term self-management strategies
Collaborative Care
- Work closely with our Rehabilitation Practitioners
- Delegate appropriate aspects of patient care while maintaining clinical oversight
- Participate in case discussions and collaborative treatment planning
- Support continuity of care throughout the patient journey
Growth & Development
- Participate in internal education sessions and mentorship opportunities
- Contribute to clinic growth initiatives, workshops, community events, or content creation
- Help shape the future of Mobility Room as we expand.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:

- Believe rehabilitation should focus on long-term outcomes, not just symptom relief
- Enjoy combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation

- Are growth-minded, coachable, and committed to continuous learning
- Want to be part of a positive, team-oriented culture
