Duties

Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and establishing lasting relationships
Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs in diverse industries

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish preferred
Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles
Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify market trends and customer needs
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively
Technical sales experience is a plus, especially involving technology products or solutions
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and relationship building
