Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in fleet, leasing, or commercial automotive sales
Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Strong ability to develop and maintain commercial client relationships
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
Ford experience considered an asset

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $100,000-$200,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Manage commercial leasing programs including corporate accounts, service loaners, and demonstrator vehicles
Coordinate fleet inventory and monitor vehicle availability to support efficient utilization and turnover
Develop new commercial business opportunities while building strong relationships with clients and partners
Track and report on fleet sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Stay informed on vehicle specifications, leasing programs, and industry trends to support operations and ensure compliance
