We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial retail operations. Responsibilities

Manage aspects of product planning, training, and forecasting to align with company objectives.
Oversee daily finance department operations.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Lead negotiations with vendors, lenders, and partners to secure favorable terms and strengthen relationships.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through diligent audits and reporting.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance revenue streams while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in financial services or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive finance processes.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales support, and customer relationship management.
Solid mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets accurately.
Prior experience working within the dealership industry or similar sales-driven organizations is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
