We are hiring Roll Off Truck Operators.
Our Roll Off Operators play a critical role by filling in across multiple routes. This role is central to both the success of our crews, as well as the safe operation of our business.
Location: Edmonton and surrounding area
Job Type: Fulltime, Hourly
Weekly Hours: Approximately 40+ per week

What you’ll do
- Pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Prepare, position, and service waste/recycling bins.
- Operate front load, roll-off, and organic collection vehicles in tight commercial and residential spaces.
- Bin deliveries and removals.
- Assess bin weight, contents, and condition to ensure safe lifting.
- Follow safe working procedures.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 Driver License with clean Driver’s Abstract (0 demerits)
- 5 years of commercial driving experience
- Experience in the waste and recycling management industry preferred.
- Previous experience operating different truck types within the industry required.
- All employees must follow the rules of the road, and company polices regarding drugs & alcohol.
