Job Summary:

We are seeking a Welder - Night Shift to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and work ethic skills. The successful candidate will need a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask while working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Night shift (4:30pm - 2:45am, Mon - Thurs, 10 hr shifts).

Major Responsibilities:

Build, fabricate, and assemble metal structures and components using various welding techniques
Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and welding requirements
Operate welding equipment and tools such as MIG and TIG welders
Experience with the operation of Collaborative Robots
Perform quality inspections on completed welds to ensure they meet the required standards
Use of crane and forklift
Packaging equipment and parts to be sent for coatings
Assist with welding in other departments as required
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

Journeyperson Certification is preferred
Forklift experience is an asset
Overhead Crane experience is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, bench, push, or pull up 50Lbs. unassisted
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
