As our service department continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Journeywoman Automotive Technician to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an Automotive Technician at Subaru City, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards. You’ll work with advanced diagnostic equipment and a supportive team that values professionalism, efficiency, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns on Subaru vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance services and detailed vehicle inspections
- Utilize modern Subaru diagnostic tools, software, and repair procedures
- Complete repair orders accurately and document services performed
- Conduct quality control checks and road tests as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Stay current with Subaru technical training, service bulletins, and industry advancements
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
- 3rd and 4th year apprentices are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience using modern automotive diagnostic equipment and software
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certification considered an asset, but not required
