Full job description

Harris Heating & Air Conditioning Services Inc. has a opening for a Full Time Accounting/Office Manager Professional.

What you'll Be Doing:

- Managing day-to-day office operations

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Payroll processing and employee record management

- Invoicing and customer account management

- Bank reconciliations and financial organization

- Coordinating schedules and supporting dispatch operations

- Assisting with HR administration and onboarding

- Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers, and staff

- Supporting ownership with administrative and accounting tasks

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Equipment registration/ Warranty parts

- Financing and applying for Manufactures rebates

- Overseeing service department Maintenance contracts, preparing Service quotes on commercial repairs

- Able to direct and delegate to others professionally

- Developing Processes and procedures

- Able to learn new software and systems with little direction

- H/R responsible to fill out ROE's

- Managing trade licenses and safety training

-Data Entry

Who you are:

- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration

- Strong organizational and Communication skills

- Experience with payroll and bookkeeping software

- Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

- Professional, Positive, and team-oriented attitude

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Experience in the HVAC, construction, or service industry is considered an asset
