Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in client service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Priority will be given to candidates with a RIBO insurance license and experience using the Epic insurance software.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, assessing their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options to protect their assets and mitigate risks.
Utilize your extensive insurance knowledge to negotiate terms, secure competitive quotes, and tailor insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders, fostering a network of contacts to support your brokerage activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients.
Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage client documentation and records with precision, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an insurance broker or in a related role, with a strong understanding of insurance products and industry practices.
Valid RIBO insurance license preferred.
Proficiency in using insurance software, preferably Epic, for policy administration and data management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and concisely.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to client interactions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry, documentation, and policy processing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
