Administrative Associate - Woodstock, NB

Manage a high-volume reception with tact and efficiency to support the success of the office.

Your success stems from your efficient support with daily clerical tasks and focuses on excellent customer service. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals.

Accountabilities:

Answer an expected 100+ call reception with efficiency and professionalism
Reconcile billing statements and payments
Accurate data entry on customer files
Complete weekly mailouts, approximately 250/week
Provide assistance in the coordination of functions and events
Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement business

The value you bring

Intermediate typing speed and data entry skills
3+ years in a fast-paced reception/switchboard role
Ability to identify and implement best practices for administrative tasks
Superior multi-tasking skills, in a deadline driven environment
Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
