Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
A valid driver's license
