We've been in operation since 2018 with continuous growth each year and we are excited to add a dedicated Product Delivery Representative to our team!
Baccalieu Trail Brewing is a brewery, taproom, and restaurant located in Bay Robert’s, NL. Our mission is to craft exceptional, great-tasting beers that celebrate creativity and tradition. We exist to enrich every sip; deepening the responsible enjoyment and appreciation for beer. We pair craftsmanship with hospitality- offering a warm, inviting space where people come together to relax, share a meal, and explore beer the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
We brew all our beer onsite with a team that takes exceptional pride in crafting the finest quality beer that blends tradition with innovation and creativity. Our beer can be enjoyed in our taproom and restaurant, and we supply our products to other local restaurants and pubs, as well as through our well established but growing network of retail partners and NLC’s throughout the province.
About The Role
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Product Delivery Representative Position is a key part of our team and ensures that our customers are a top priority and receive the ultimate customer service experience in a timely manner. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, and Service team members to plan and execute product deliveries to a variety of customers across our distribution channels in NL.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver and merchandise our products (Cans, kegs, etc) to our customers across NL, including retail stores, NLC’s, restaurants, etc.
- Operate our company vehicles in a safe and careful manner, obeying all laws and regulations.
- Load and offload delivery vehicles.
- Manage and track internal inventory counts and rotations between our onsite and offsite cold storage facilities as well as moving stock between locations.
- Interact with customers while delivering products to build a strong and positive relationship.
- Be a brand ambassador for our products and company.
- Collect empty kegs and product returns as needed.
- Merchandise products at retail locations as appropriate to create high product visibility, optimize shelf space, and arrange products with a First In First Out stock rotation.
- Ensure customers, owners, and staff of our retail partners are treated with respect, gratitude, and kindness during all interactions.
- Using technology and software apps to manage inventory and record delivery activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions and aspects of the job.
- Picking up supplies for the brewery during delivery trips or on an as needed basis.
- Continuously develop knowledge of our products and operations.
- Conduct routine inspections on company vehicles and report any maintenance needs to management.
- Cleaning of company vehicles to present a tidy and professional brand appearance.

- Must be 19+ years of age and have a clean driver’s abstract and a current/valid driver’s license.
- Must have been licensed and insured for at least 5 years.
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs on a regular basis and stamina to deliver products for 8+ hours in a day with frequent stops and/or long drives.
- Comfortable driving throughout NL including highway driving and in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to travel across NL for multi day delivery trips with overnight stays (hotel accommodations and meals are provided).
- A mobile phone that you are willing and able to download our delivery software app and team communication and timesheet apps onto.
- A love of craft beer would be a bonus……but don’t worry….if you don’t love craft beer now, you will!!

- Hours Range from Part Time to Full Time depending on the season.
- Summer months (June – September) and November-December are our busiest times for deliveries so you can expect to work full time (or more) hours during this period. During slower periods, you can expect part-time hours, but if you are the type of person who likes to jump in and help where needed, you can get full time hours all year round, as we offer opportunities to be cross trained on brewery cleaning, sanitation, and cellaring activities.
