About KIMCO Integrated Services

KIMCO Integrated Services is a growing local company serving Haliburton County and surrounding areas. We specialize in renovations, additions, garages, finish carpentry, flooring, and a variety of interior and exterior construction projects.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter’s Labourer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn and grow their skills, and takes pride in doing quality work.

About the Position

As a Carpenter’s Labourer, you will work alongside our carpenter on a variety of residential construction and renovation projects. No two days will necessarily look the same, and the successful candidate will be comfortable working in different environments and taking on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with renovations, additions, garages, and general carpentry projects
Helping with framing, demolition, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing work
Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and tools
Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials under direction
Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Assisting with material pickups and deliveries
Using basic hand and power tools
Following direction and working effectively as part of a small team
Following all workplace and job-site safety procedures
Performing other general labour and construction-related duties as required

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

Reliable and dependable
Hardworking and willing to get their hands dirty
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn new skills
Able to follow instructions and take direction
Positive, respectful, and professional
Physically capable of lifting materials and performing labour-intensive tasks
Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
Previous construction or carpentry experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person

Requirements:

Valid Ontario driver’s licence
Reliable transportation to our West Guilford shop
Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required

What We Offer

Full-time, Monday–Friday position
No weekend work
$18–$28/hour based on experience

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
