Lead Carpenter / Red Seal Carpenter – Residential Renovations

We are a residential renovation company focused on delivering high-quality work and a professional, straightforward experience for our clients. We take pride in doing things right the first time—no shortcuts, no lowballing, and no surprises.

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Red Seal Carpenter to join our team.

You will be working alongside an apprentice carpenter and will play a key role in mentoring, leading projects, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead residential renovation projects from start to finish
Framing, roofing, siding, and interior finishing work
Mentor and guide an apprentice carpenter on-site
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate professionally with clients when needed
Ensure work is completed to a high standard

What We’re Looking For:

Red Seal Carpenter (preferred) or strong equivalent experience
Well-rounded skillset: framing, exterior work, and fine finishing
Leadership ability and confidence running a job site
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Own tools (basic minimum required)
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
